Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation on our website. Please note that most other travel websites require full payment in advance. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid either via a payment link sent by us or upon check-in at the resort.
Cancellation policy
As a boutique resort, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our operations. Therefore, cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made at least 120 days prior to your scheduled stay will be free of charge. For cancellations made after this period, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer a one-time option to reschedule your stay.
Early Departure Policy: Should your plans change and you choose to check out before the scheduled departure date, we will consider this as a cancellation and require payment in full for the remaining nights of your reservation
Failure to Arrive at the Resort (No Show):
If you do not check in by 11:00 AM on the day following your original booking date and have not notified us in advance via email or phone, your reservation will be considered a No Show. Consequently, your entire booking will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Check-In and Check-Out Policy:
Our standard check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Due to our limited room availability, we must adhere strictly to these times. Many guests prefer to maximize their stay, checking out at the last possible moment and checking in promptly, which necessitates this policy.
For guests arriving late at night or early in the morning, we recommend booking your accommodation starting from the previous night to ensure immediate access to your room upon arrival. Alternatively, you may choose to wait, though please be aware that if your room is occupied the night before, you may experience a delay while waiting for the room to be vacated and prepared.
Guest Policy Details:
Infants (0-2 Years): Infants below 2 years of age can stay free of charge, assuming they share the parent’s bed. This policy applies to one child per room and must be communicated at the time of check-in. There is no need to mention this at the time of booking on online platforms, as they may apply an additional charge for the child. Please note that any additional infants (beyond the first) will incur an extra charge per child, even if they are under 2 years old.
Children (3-12 Years): An additional charge applies for children between 3-12 years of age, and this should be specified at the time of booking through any portal. The fare for the children will be automatically calculated. If you have two or more children within this age group, we recommend reserving an additional cottage. We can assist in arranging for both cottages to be located adjacent to each other. You may refer to our resort view or chalet view photos to select the appropriate room or nearby chalet.
Extra Adult Policy: Children aged 12 years and above will be regarded as adults and will be charged at the applicable adult rate
